POSTPONED: Inverness Townscape Heritage Digital Trail showcase event [Inverness] ...

30 August 2018

Starts: 17:30
Ends: 19:00

NOTE: This event has been postponed. Contact the organisers to be kept informed when it will be rescheduled.

The Inverness Townscape Heritage event will showcase the new digital Heritage Trail for Academy Street, Thursday 30 August, 5:30pm to 7pm at Inverness Museum and Art Gallery.

This showcase event will give a sneak preview of the Heritage Trail and the opportunity to try it out for yourself, prior to its official launch in September.

The Heritage Trail has been developed to preserve the rich heritage of Academy Street and make it accessible to all.  In the past two and half years, over 400 members of the public have been involved in 30 events, to generate a wealth of high quality content for the Heritage Trail.

The results of this wide public engagement will be exhibited on the evening, including stunning detailed line drawings of Academy Street in 1920 by Gordon Lynn.

There will be complimentary refreshments on offer throughout the evening.

Please RSVP to Sarah James-Gaukroger by Tuesday 28 August.
